Service Crimpers
Service crimpers are generally smaller, portable units, well suited for in-field assembly of hydraulic hose and fittings. Their capacity is lower than that of standard or high volume crimpers, and are generally best suited for up to around 100 crimps per day.
Some units, such as the KC2-J67 are electrically powered by use of a wall plug, and are well suited for counter service. Most of the units, such as the KC1-H47E, provide highly mobile options that are powered by a manual hand pump or portable battery pack. The KC1-H83-12V works off 12 volts and is well suited for use in mobile service trucks.
KC1-H47E Series

With its built-in carrying handle, and weighing a mere 52 lbs., this crimper was built for the road, perfect for on-site service in remote spots. It's powered by either a separate hand, pneumatic or battery powered pump (sold separately).

KD165 Series

If your looking for a machine that can do more than just 2 wire hose, the KD165 might be your machine of choice. This machine boasts a 62 ton press, capable of crimping 2 wire and 3,000 psi hose up to 1 1/4" and 4,000 psi up to 1" ID.
KC2-J67 Series

An extremely powerful, vertical unit, with a robust 190 tons of crimping force. Crimps up to 1 1/2" two wire, and up to 1 1/4" 4,000 PSI and 1" 5,000 PSI, hydraulic hoses. Uses color coded rubber cage dies for easier handling and identification.
