Standard Volume Crimpers

Standard duty crimpers are well suited for in-shop crimping of hydraulic hose as well as industrial hose up to 4” (depending on fitting type), and are generally best suited to perform hundreds of crimps per day.

The wide range of standard duty crimpers allows for selection of a crimper well suited to your particular needs, and allows for a high degree of customization with its variety of user friendly options, including programmable logic computer controls, built-in crimp calculators, custom shaped and marking dies, as well as a selection of various crimper voltages.

KC1-H130 Series

KC3-H130 Series

The production oriented KC3-H130 takes a step up in size capabilities, with the ability to crimp 2" wire braid and 4 SP hydraulic hose, as well as 1 1/2" 5,000 PSI 6 SP hydraulic hose intermittently. Its back limit switch and ES3 computerized controller reduce crimp cycle times.

The widest opening of all the Standard Volume Crimpers makes this crimper ideal for industrial hose. It makes an excellent hydraulic hose crimper as well, handling up to 2" wire braid and 4 SP hose, along with our 6 SP hoses up to 5000 PSI using F Series, 1-piece fittings. Reduction dies included.
